The NEO Cast S rod sock is approx. 140 cm long and is ideal for one-piece casting rods up to 1.80 m long . The width is 50mm at the bottom at the inlet and tapers to 25mm at the top.
The NEO rod sock is, as the abbreviation suggests, made of light, stretchy and cushioning neoprene with a thickness of 3mm . Especially for the more expensive and sensitive blanks, there could perhaps be a little more protection, hence neoprene in 3mm as premium rod protection.
This protects the rod blanks and rod tips from damage.
When transported in a car or boat, rods that have already been assembled can no longer get caught up or damage each other.
The NEO Cast rod sock is available in two colors: black/black and black/blue and three lengths: 140cm, 160cm and 180cm.
We calculate around 40cm for the hand part, as far as the recommended rod length is concerned, 140cm sock plus 40cm hand part equals 180cm rod, of course there is some flexibility at the top, 190cm rods also fit.
All socks include elastic band and cord stopper for flexible locking on the roll.
